At dirtbag*, we stand by our gear, but we understand if it doesn't fit your current journey. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items in their original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is free of debris.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
